Ingredients:
- 2 green mangoes, julienned
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fermented shrimp paste (bagoong alamang)
- 1 tablespoon calamansi or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 chili pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup cooked shrimp (optional protein addition)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix bagoong, calamansi juice, vinegar, and sugar.
- Combine green mango, tomato, and onion in a larger bowl.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
