Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 6 cups chicken or fish stock
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup flaked white fish
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon fried garlic
- Calamansi or lemon wedges
Instructions:
- Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add rice and stir to coat with oil.
- Pour in stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is very soft.
- Add fish sauce and flaked fish, cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve topped with hard-boiled egg, green onions, and fried garlic.
- Squeeze calamansi or lemon juice before eating.
