Ingredients:

  • 250g rice noodles (bihon)
  • 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels)
  • 1 small carrot, julienned
  • 1 small bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups seafood or chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Calamansi or lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened, then drain.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  3. Add seafood and cook until just done (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in stock, fish sauce, and soy sauce.
  6. Add soaked noodles and toss until the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Serve hot with calamansi or lemon wedges.
