Ingredients:
- 2 white fish fillets (tilapia or cod, about 150g each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
- 1 cup green mango, julienned
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
For Mango Salsa:
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Combine cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub over fish fillets.
- Brush fish with olive oil.
- Grill fish for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.
- Mix all mango salsa ingredients in a bowl.
- Break fish into chunks.
- Serve fish in lettuce leaves topped with green mango, avocado, red onion, mango salsa, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
