- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon calamansi or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce (patis)
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place brown rice in a bowl.
- Top with tinapa flakes, tomato, cucumber slices, and soft-boiled egg.
- Mix fish sauce, calamansi juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the bowl.
- Garnish with green onions and black pepper.
