Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons tinapa (smoked fish) flakes
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon calamansi or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce (patis)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place brown rice in a bowl.
  2. Top with tinapa flakes, tomato, cucumber slices, and soft-boiled egg.
  3. Mix fish sauce, calamansi juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the bowl.
  5. Garnish with green onions and black pepper.
