Investigating how we can use Shopify within Framer websites, if possible.
TLDR, it is possible, but not as extensive as we might be able to make it.
- Seems like there was a Shopify component for Framer, but they removed it because it was too buggy and backtracked their ecommerce approach.
- How have we approached it so far?
Option 1: Buy Button
- Could work, depending on how the shopping experience is
- Single product buy buttons could work in context of a one-page website
- Collection buy buttons are an option, could program the buttons to do an expanded version of the modal
Option 2: Framer React component?

I would suggest this if the plan is to have an extensive online store like you would with Shopify (product details page, collections, cart, etc)
