All an iterative process is 3 things:

  1. Be good at problem definition
    1. Be good at repeating the main problem and the why so the team doesn’t get distracted bike shedding on dumb stuff
  2. Get over yourself and don’t take feedback too personally, but also don’t seek consensus or be a people pleaser under the guise of responding to feedback
  3. Have an idea of measurement so you know when to try again or stop
