All an iterative process is 3 things:
- Be good at problem definition
- Be good at repeating the main problem and the why so the team doesn’t get distracted bike shedding on dumb stuff
- Get over yourself and don’t take feedback too personally, but also don’t seek consensus or be a people pleaser under the guise of responding to feedback
- Have an idea of measurement so you know when to try again or stop
